Chris works in real estate full time. His work covers the complete lifecycle of each property: sourcing and evaluating acquisitions, directing development and redevelopment, overseeing construction and conversion, and managing rental operations and leasing across the portfolio.
He devotes more than 750 hours each year to real property trades and businesses, and the majority of his working time is spent performing services in these activities, meeting the material participation standards that define a real estate professional under IRS rules.
